Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
In case of any delay due to unforeseen circumstances, our team will contact you as soon as possible.

We currently deliver across Pakistan.

Estimated Delivery Time:

Major Cities: 2–4 business days
Remote Areas: 4–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information (where available) through SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may attempt delivery more than once. If the order remains undelivered due to customer unavailability or incorrect information, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
